Personal Development Evaluation

PDE is a highly accurate personality evaluation program. It uses responses to a series of descriptive terms to evaluate your: i) personal characteristics; ii) communication and management style; iii) suitability to a particular jobs or environment; iv) stress environments

After filling out a 3 page survey (duration time 10 - 15 minutes) you'll be emailed an easy to read report that describe your personality in a nutshell. Your two strongest characteristics, communication and management style, decision making pattern, motivational and demotivational factors, and your fight and flight tendencies. It will also explain the type of environments that best suit your personality and measures your present stress level.

Once you understand your character traits you will be able to determine how to use your traits to limit mistakes and enhance your personal and professional victories.

Our Personal Development Program is a one on one coaching program which is divided into 3 two hour consultations. Each consultation is by appointment only.

Part I - 2 hours

One of FSTS' consultants will give an in depth analysis of the client's Personality evaluation with the client. We review the various types of personalities and how each style co-exists with one another in various environments. We discuss how to communicate with each style, enabling you to get the most out of each relationship both personally and professionally.

At the conclusion of the session, the client receives the PDP Questionnaire to fill out at their leisure. Once FSTS receives the completed questionnaire, one of our consultants will set up the second consultation.

Part II - 2 hours

We review the client's PDP questionnaire responses with the client. Our consultant will work with the client to develop goals and action plans as they pertain to the answers on the questionnaire.

Part III - 2 hours

One of FSTS' consultants will follow up on the progress of the client's Action Plan;

Every client responds and learns differently and at different speeds so results may vary. Some clients may need more coaching time with our consultants, some may need less. The above mentioned plan is a sample of our coaching format.
