About Us

Our founder has over twenty-five years of management consulting experience. He has a background in restaurant management and sales. He currently runs a Consulting company serving a large franchised company and co-owns two franchise restaurants.

He's been conducting corporate training and keynote seminars for over fifteen years, and has consulted over a thousand different people, consisting of small business owners, restaurant managers and owners, sales reps, government workers, nurses, retail workers and students.

FSTS' co-founder has over fifteen years of retail management experience, and specializes in conducting small business training seminars. He has owned several small businesses, and co-owns two restaurant franchises.
